Shipping Policy

At LetsArtify (by IO Techno Labs), we are committed to delivering your custom fridge magnets promptly and securely. Our shipping guidelines are designed to give you a clear understanding of when to expect your order.

1. Order Processing Time

Since every magnet is custom printed with your personal photos, please allow 1-2 business days for production and quality checks before your order is dispatched. Orders are not produced or shipped on Sundays or national Indian holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines

We ship to all major PIN codes across India using trusted courier partners. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days
• Tier 2/3 Cities & Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days

Note: These are estimates. Unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather or logistical disruptions may occasionally cause delays.

3. Shipping Charges

LetsArtify provides Free Shipping on orders containing 2 or more magnets. For single-magnet orders, a nominal standard delivery fee may apply, which is clearly displayed at checkout before you make payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can use this link to track your shipment directly through our courier partner’s website.

5. Non-Serviceable Areas

If your delivery PIN code is out of the service area for our standard courier partners, we will reach out to you to arrange alternative shipping (e.g., India Post) or to process a full refund if delivery is not possible.
