In addition to standard transactional data, we collect:
User-Generated Content: High-resolution images, logos, or text provided by you for the purpose of product customization.
Metadata: Information embedded in your images (like location or timestamps), though we typically strip this data during the processing phase.
Device Information:To ensure our "Design Upload" tool works correctly on your specific phone or computer.

2. How We Use Your Custom Media

Your uploaded images are treated as strictly confidential. We use them exclusively to:
Render Digital Mockups: Creating a preview of how the final product will look.
Manufacturing: Sending the file to our printing equipment.
Quality Control: Checking the final physical product against your original digital file to ensure accuracy.

3. Data Retention & "Right to be Forgotten"

Unlike standard customer data, we do not keep custom images indefinitely:
Active Orders: Images are stored during the production and shipping phase.
Post-Delivery: We retain your images for 30 days after delivery. This is a grace period in case your item arrives damaged and we need to reprint it quickly.
Automatic Deletion: After 30 days, your custom files are purged from our active manufacturing server.

4. Third-Party Access

Printing Partners: If a specific customization requires specialized equipment not held in-house, your image may be shared with a trusted manufacturing partner. These partners are legally bound to use the image only for fulfillment and are prohibited from keeping it for their own use.

No Marketing Use:We will never use your personal custom photos in our advertisements, social media posts, or catalogs without your explicit, written "Model Release" or consent.

5. Security Measures for Media

We implement specific safeguards for your uploads:
Encryption: Images are uploaded via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to prevent interception.
Access Control: Only employees directly involved in the design and printing process have access to your files.
Cloud Security: We use secure, firewalled cloud storage to host your images during the production window.

6. Your Rights & Controls

Under Indian Information Technology rules, you have the right to:
Review: Ask us what images of yours we currently have on file.
Withdraw Consent: Stop us from using your image at any point (though this will result in the immediate cancellation of any active orders).
Correct: Replace an uploaded image if you realize you sent the wrong file.
