Refund Policy

Important Note:Under Indian Consumer Law, personalized and bespoke items are generally exempt from standard "change of mind" return policies because they cannot be resold.

1. Returns

Non-Returnable: Custom-designed products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive physically damaged or have a clear manufacturing defect.

Exclusions: We do not accept returns for:

  • Slight color variations (colors may look different on a screen vs. physical print).
  • Spelling errors made by the customer during the upload/ordering process.
  • Dissatisfaction with the image quality provided by the customer.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If the product is damaged or the customization does not match the approved design, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Requirement: An unboxing video and high-clearance photos of the defect are required to process a replacement.
Replaced product will be delivered with in 7 days

3. Refunds

Refunds for custom orders are only issued if a replacement is not possible. Once approved, the refund will follow the standard 7–10 business day timeline to your original payment method.
