At LetsArtify by IO Techno Labs, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom fridge magnets made exactly to your specifications. Because our products are personalized with your photos, we have specific policies regarding cancellations and returns.
1. Cancellations
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, production begins almost immediately to ensure fast delivery. Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the custom printing process has started and the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
To request a cancellation within the 2-hour window, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at letsartify@iotechnolabs.com with your Order ID.
2. Returns and Refunds
Since our products are custom-made featuring your personal digital photos, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse.
However, we will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund if:
- The product arrives materially damaged or defective.
- The printing quality is significantly flawed compared to the provided digital preview (excluding issues caused by uploading low-resolution original photos).
- We shipped the wrong quantity or an entirely wrong item.
3. Claims Process
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at letsartify@iotechnolabs.com.
Please include:
- Your Order ID.
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective magnet.
- A brief description of the issue.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved by our support team, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, etc.). Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
